Janet began her career in market research in 1996 at AC Nielsen, where she received comprehensive training in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies—from data gathering to analysis. She later led the market research team at Takasago, a global flavor and fragrance company, before founding her own consultancy in 2004. Since then, she has partnered with multinational and local brands across manufacturing, retail, media, PR, and advertising, providing insight-driven strategies to clients around the world.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Communication Research, Joycee launched her market research career with Millward Brown in both the Philippines and Singapore.
